I became certified in acupressure in early 2009 by the Berkeley Acupressure Institute. The focus of my practice is in education and self-care. I enjoy working with my clients to help them find ways to help themselves. I teach basic principles of qigong for nuturing and relaxation and acupressure points for specific conditions.
